2. Can I receive an order confirmation?
Online orders are acknowledged electronically. Orders are then forwarded to our customer service department and are processed within 24 hours. When the order is shipped, the customer will receive shipping notification along with a tracking number. If a product is on back order, you will be notified immediately to discuss status.

4. What forms of payment does Sky High Marketing accept?
American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for online purchases. If you send your order by mail, Sky High Marketing accepts checks and money orders in U.S. currency. Billing arrangements can be made with credit approval.

Domestic USA: UPS ground, 1-5 working days.
